@aodoherty Concerts can happen anywhere, but I don't know of a way to force an inactive sim to hold one rather than it being a sort of generic event. If you just want your sims to attend a concert, you can use Retuner to increase the chances of one happening. I'm not in front of my game right now, but the path should be something like this:
Sims 4 Concert Mod
@puzzlezaddictThanks for the reply. Is there any other way to push it without story progression mod? It causes lagging and long loading while getting into my saved game. I love the most of NRaas mods but I cannot use the progression mod only. I've experienced nearly 30 mins loading time with it.I still remember there was the concert event on weekly event in the newspaper long time ago. Is it happening only in Sunset Valley maybe? I can still see the grilling event at the central park in Sunset Valley but I cannot see this event in anywhere else, except for Sunset Valley.
@aodoherty I know games are on Wednesdays and Sundays, but I thought concerts were Friday/Saturday due to the wording on a sim's wish to see a concert. (It's something like "check the stadium on Fridays and Saturdays to see if there is a concert.") It should be easy to confirm though once you use Retuner to increase the likelihood of one taking place.
You know, how when you go into CAS, one of EAs sims shows up as the starting sim? You can replace these sims with your own sims. Or, in case you have a certain sim style, you can make it so that only a certain sim, that you want to use as a base, shows up.
Electronic Arts' The Sims 4 is offering a special concert in-game with a star-studded lineup for a limited time. It's called The Sims Sessions Event, and it's a digital music festival that can be enjoyed anytime from June 29 until July 7.
The event will start at 12 pm, so be sure to head over at the start time. The concert venue is in the town of Willow Creek, at the lot behind Magnolia Blossom Park's common area. A music note icon will appear on the map on the day of the event to indicate the event's location.
A thrift shop built underneath a small unfurnished apartment building (there is 4 total small studio apartments.) In the basement there is a space for concerts. The shop can be functional with GTW. Hope you like it!
It was a week-long party of the likes that Gossip Girl has never seen before. Usually the sims have three to four events a day put on by members of the Mod Squad and Gossip Girl officers, with live DJs three times a week and regular live performers. Metaverse Mod Squad upped the ante and scheduled DJs and performers at each and every event during the week, with about 1000L$ given away each day for contest prizes. It was incredible week with record attendance and some great feedback from the community.
The night capped off with a four performer concert series starting at 5pm. Maxx Sabretooth took the stage first, followed by CelticMaidenWarrior, Taunter Goodnight, and ending in a psychadelic particle fest from Thumper Boucher. It was an amazing event to be a part of, with as many as 60 people in attendance for the concerts at one time.
While the sims may be going down for good, the community is set to thrive in a new sim that the Metaverse Mod Squad has secured for them. The new place will include reproductions of some of the favorite spots of Gossip Girl, and the community members will be keeping the party going with morning coffee and regular events. The sim is going to be revealed shortly after this post, (For you readers it is the Chelsea sim, a region of Virtual London run by Debs Regent) but for now the Gossip Girls relive their favorite memories and share thoughts on what the Upper East Side has meant to them. 2ff7e9595c
