How to run a Set of C++ Classes in the Linux Environment [LFS] [MULTI]
With increased integration and reduction of the size of a semiconductor device, it is getting difficult to ensure an adequate dielectric strength and low resistance between a P-well region and an N-well region in a semiconductor device. Particularly, the low resistance is due to a high contact resistance between a contact with a semiconductor substrate, i.e., a contact resistance between a silicide and a contact with a semiconductor substrate. Accordingly, in order to reduce the resistance between the P-well region and the N-well region, there is a need for improving the silicide contact between the semiconductor substrate and the contact.
There has been proposed a semiconductor device, in which, for example, an aluminum contact which is formed using a diffusion barrier film having a barrier function such as a titanium nitride (TiN) film is formed, and an interlayer insulating film having an excellent electrical insulating property is formed on the surface of the aluminum contact (see, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-223550). The barrier function of the titanium nitride (TiN) film is obtained by forming a titanium film in a thickness of 100 nm or more on the semiconductor substrate.Q:
Strange behaviour of Canon Vixia T5i when updating via USB and while taking a photo
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 and the newest version of the Canon Vixia T5i.
I recently updated from 13.04 to 13.10, which has been great.
It is great, because it recognizes my camera. It actually even works for my RAW files. The only problem is, when I switch the camera on, I get a kernel panic, something like this:
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
...
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
I don't get any information on the screen about why this happens.
So I go to the terminal and try to remove the "deb" from /etc/apt/sources.list and replace it with
deb precise partner
So far so good. My camera be359ba680
